What Our Clients Are Saying
My mom is using their services and would I recommend them based on our experience, I would. The services she is receiving are great and I’ve been pleased with their efforts. People are knowledgeable and helpful, and the initiation process was easy. Scheduling has been seamless and flexible. Every year when I resign my contract, it’s always update and concise. The manager there is amazing, warm, hands on, and she makes you feel like she is really working hard for your parent as if they’re the only person, and that is a unique trait for someone in that job.
Dad is using their services and I would recommend them to others. They’ve provided what I’ve asked for and the coordination is good. The initiation of services was easy, prompt, and I had clear communication. Scheduling was professional, accessible, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The provider is excellent and gives me a lot of feedback on what is going on with dad.
We’re using their services. The people are great, knowledgeable, and smart. Things started great, it was an easy process, they got back to me, and I love that I didn’t have to look outside of her facility. Scheduling of services is professional, accessible, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. They built a solid plan, it’s being executed, and I’d recommend them to others.
Mom is using their services. The people in the office do a good job and answer emails or calls quickly. People are pretty easy to reach and get someone to come out to help. It was easy getting things setup and we didn’t have to wait. We collaborated with them on the plans and goals were made clear. I’d recommend their services to others.
My father-in-law uses their services and I’d recommend them to people. The team is knowledgeable, caring, and repsectfull. They were very consistent during the initial process and scheduling has been professional. We get everything we expect and they’ve been a good advocate.
Mom used their services. They were there, they were good and they answered my questions. I was happy with them and they provided what they told me they’d provide. They organized everything and it was easy to get started. Scheduling of services was professional, accessible, responsive, and flexible. I was happy with the office and the plan they setup. I’d recommend their services to others.
I’ve had a good experience on every level. There is a routine, it’s the same people, there is consistency, and they’re really trying to encourage her to do more. I’d recommend them hand over fist every single time. They are completely responsive via phone, and if there are any questions, they’re always available and flexible. The office staff is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful.
Everything was excellent. We used Leona Paul for most of the time. Occasionally we used other people when we needed substitute care, but everyone was excellent.
Mom is using their services and I recommend them to people. She has consistently had the same person and they’ve been a good advocate for us. They are easy to work with, professional and caring. Things started well and promptly as far as I remember, and they’re flexible with any changes. We’re very happy with all of the services we get.
We’ve made changes before and they’ve accommodated us. Services were professional, accessible, responsive, flexible, and accommodating.
They’ve been responsive to me whenever I’ve called and administratively, they’ve always had accurate billing or responsive to any kind of error. Also, any time someone isn’t going to show, they always let me know ahead of time and/or find a substitute.
They’re good people. The Coordination people are good. They are responsive.
The schedule of services was fine with me. Naturally, I got the services when I needed them and they worked with my schedule. All of that was okay with me.
I had only good experiences with them. Things started with no problems. I had no problem with them. People were cooperative when I needed to change something.
The top administrator is very organized, responsive and fast with the schedule. I did things all through the top administrator and she was very lovely, and followed up with everything via email.
They take care of me. I can’t ask for more. I’ve been happy with everything they do. They help me with whatever help I need. I am very, very impressed with them.
My mom has providers right now that talk to each other and know what is going on. If someone is sick, the other one takes over or the head office sends someone over to help out. As far as I know, we’ve never not had people there when we needed them. We’ve always been covered… The ladies are very much coordinated with their own communication and with us as well.
My expectations are that the agency or organization will do their best to be considerate, polite, and professionally carry out what I am asking for, and all of that has been true. The office staff is great.
Between their speed and their ability to support my mother, they were very quick and able to get resources in place for her. Even when we got started, they did things quickly and when I wanted to back off, they did that quickly too. They were immediately responding to what mom’s needs were.
They’ve done everything that I have asked and that my parents have asked. They have not been the challenge here.
From the administrative end, they have been really good about letting me know when there is a change. There were a few instances of things changing, but if the office knows about it, they always let me know.
They were very good about presenting their options as to what they could do given what they heard from me about dad’s very shifting needs, but I wouldn’t say they leaned on the side of recommending a different care option. They just told us what we could do and left it up to us to see what would be most appropriate for him.
The services have been excellent.
The services have been wonderful. They call me when they’re supposed to call me and they do what they’re supposed to do.
